I was just wondering if there’s stigma around weed in IB and the workplace in general. I’m 18 and want to get a Med card but don’t know if it’ll pop up in a background check. I don’t plan on being high in the workplace- I was just curious if a company would care if it found out. Also what are your experiences with weed? I’ve noticed that most people on this site talk about drinking but don’t mention weed. Is it because weed affects performance?
