Stories of people who pivoted from IB last minute
One always hears people say that overachievers who aren't sure what they want to pursue shouldn't go into IB while they figure out what they want. For anyone who has actually carried out that advice (i.e. left shortly before or after starting as an analyst), I'm curious, what did you do? Any interesting stories of people who have done that?
To be clear, I'm pretty happy about joining my firm, just have my thoughts all over the place pre-graduation.
