I'm a current 3 year analyst in DCM and was offered a strategic finance role @ a top unicorn thats going to go public next year. The pay is $110k, $12k cash bonus and $15k stock options a year. However, I'm will be helping with their debt financing, so it will be a very niche skillset I'm building. Is the pay on the low end? Should I lateral to coverage and possible try to move into tech after becoming a VP?
