Career Resources
I guess that depends what you would like to do with your life, young man!
I currently work at STRH- my initial thoughts are that you should go with Ares. STRH doesn't really have generalists, you'll be placed into a group in July, so if you're concerned about specializing in RE I don't think that should be a deciding point.
I wouldn't want to go into RE, but if you like that, go with Ares. Otherwise, go STRH.
If you want to go into RE, which is not a bad career by any means, Ares is a top notch firm. But in general getting into real estate will generally, after a few years, pidgeonhole you into real estate. In my opinion that's not a bad thing by any means though and I'm no longer in real estate.
