I work in finance in the UK for a PE fund
Wanted to get input from anyone in the UK that has a student loan
When bonus season comes along, say you are given a 50k bonus, can your employer pay 50k directly to the loan company? Or just the bonus be paid to you, you pay tax and then you personally make payment to the student loan company of say 25k?
