stupid q, what's dress code at blackstone

Interned elsewhere but will be starting full time this July. Never really considered this or had an appropriate time to ask. Didn't pay much attention to nonsenior people when interviewing and was just wondering if anyone knew if it tended to be more business formal or biz casual... thanks

to be on the safe side, always stick with formal.

i.e. black captoe, ties, dark charcoal suit, white/blue shirt.

that's what I was expecting. Went on a friday and seem to remember everyone wearing ties. Was hoping that was because they were more senior... OH well. Thanks
