I have an offer for SA at an Elite boutique think (Evercore, Laz, Rothschild) for IBD.
Also have an offer for Sales and Trading at a top tier Bulge Bracket (MS, JPM, GS).
What should I do, considering later opportunities, reputation, BB vs. EB, CV etc...?

If you want to do IB take the EB, if you want to do S&T do take the BB seems like a nobrainer question to me.
Also, assuming this is the US im assuming your offer is rothschild since Laz/Evercore are miles ahead
