Summer analyst paid hourly?

Has anyone on here had any experience or know anyone with experience being paid an hourly rate as a summer analyst at a bulge bracket within investment management (not private wealth) or an extremely large Asset Management firm (think BlackRock, for example).

If so, were you paid over time for working more than 40 hours per week, and IF SO (sorry) how many hours did you typically work weekly?

How many hours do summer analysts generally work, or is it so spread between divisions/firms there's no real answer?

Thanks!
