I was wondering where I can be applying to land an internship in investment banking. The only problem is my GPA is a 2.8 which will probably be a 3.0 once I graduate. I am junior. I know trying to get into a goldman or jp isnt going to happen. So where can i go?????

You're best bet will be to cold call boutiques.
thank you very much! I figured i was a little late, but I can apply this to next summer as well.
When looking at boutiques pick 3-4 cities nearby and just Google M&A services, restructuring services, etc. A lot of boutiques only focus on 1-2 services so this might be more effective than just searching boutiques.
Wait, you're trying for an internship for this summer? It's not impossible, but you'll have to work fast.
