For people recruiting for PE how do you excuse yourself for a day to go to super days? I’m on two live deals and struggling to find a way to do so without getting absolutely flamed by my deal teams for being MIA 8 hours

Dog ate your laptop
I was close to my associates so I was honest with one and he covered for the few hours I was out. Respected me being honest and MD never asked.
If you're not close with them, use the dentist / doctor appointment excuse.
