Anyone have any insight on SVB Leerink Boston office? Recruiting timeline? Size? Culture? Pay? I know they focus on biopharma but how does it compare to NY office and other players in healthcare?

From everyone I networked with and spoke to I can't speak highly enough of how great they are. Really helpful and interesting to talk to. Not sure about comparison to NY but Boston is Biotech which seems to be what they are known for. Also expanding into TMT recently and huge senior banker expansion.
ngl man I interviewed there and got an offer and idk why but those were the coolest motherfuckers man (NY office). Idk why but maybe they try to hire nice people or something.
