Know SVB has been aggressively luring away bulge bracket senior banker talent with big guarantees. Anyone have a sense for how it’s playing out for them and how comp and culture have been the last couple years for the junior folks? Wondering if they can be competitive on a hiring front with the more traditional boutiques if they’re paying similarly well for VPs on down.
