Switch coverage group for FT at BB?
Hey ya'll
Last week I found out that I was placed into an industrials related coverage group at the BB (GS/JPM/MS) I'm working at this summer. I will be a senior at an undergraduate target in the Fall.
My goal was to be in real estate group because I want to go into PE real estate after IB.
As the title reads, is it possible to switch into the real estate group for full time (I'm assuming I will get a full time return offer for this industrial related group)? If yes, how would I go about it?
Side question: how feasible is it to go to a Blackstone real estate fund from a place like Evercore? Blackstone is my long term goal Side question: what is Blackstone's reputation in regards to industrials investing?
Thanks for all the help over the years!
