Switching Bank from SA to FT Insight

Hi all, would love to hear from people who went through a SA 2022 stint and ultimately decided to move to another bank for full time.

It would be great to hear about how the process went (and how different it was from SA recruiting). Any tips would also be appreciated!

Class of 2023 would be preferred as it will be most relevant to the current environment, but anything is welcome.
