curious for SA to FT
Have seen it happen, but mostly from coverage to product groups. Would seem odd to go from one coverage group to another. Would basically only happen if someone leaves one group or if they under hired.
Just lol’d at BoA being next to the top 3 haha. More seriously some banks encourage it (ie GS after 2 years), some are very flexible MS/JPM and it’s easy to move even before the 2 year mark and some do it in very unstructured ways (BoA). That applies for London, not sure about the US.
