Switching to M&A - Corp Dev in a Big Financial Group
Fellows,
I want to know any thoughts about switching to M&A Corp Dev (Senior Analyst) for a big financial group in Latin America.
The firm is really active in M&A, being the main business a Bank in LatAm. They have a big insurance business, brokerage firm and asset management, among others. The group also acquired 3 different banks in the US (different entities, not acting as branches).
Any possible exits after a couple of years?(coming from M&A advisory background)
Would it be hard to get back to IB or make it to PE?
Thanks!
G
