Taking a gap year after uni after doing an internship in the summer of 3rd year

I'm currently in a 2020 summer intern at a BB - but in a division I don't want to work in long term. My best option seems to be to do a 2021 summer internship in the division I want to work in at this BB, however this may mean my grad job offer will be for 2022. Would it be viable for me to do an Australian summer internship (im from the UK) in winter 2021, then maybe an off cycle spring 2022 and a summer internship in America/HK/Singapore in 2022 - before I start my graduate job?
