Taking walks during office hours
Should be no problem to take extra walks totaling 15-30-minutes a day. The health benefit is huge. At my previous shop, it would however have raised eyebrows. Would you be OK with your intern doing this on a daily basis, provided it's during downtime, being reachable by phone, and not too far away? Is the proper etiquette to ask/flag, or just go?

Not to be rude, but I don’t this WFH experience of the gym is going to be very representative if they make us go back to the office. I like your optimism however.
Following. Another reason why WFH is better and corporate culture is garbage. Trapped in a wage cage truly, but wait “crypto bros” are doing nothing meaningful right? Hey at least one party can take a fucking walk whenever they want.

IDGAF what my analysts are doing as long as they're getting stuff to me accurately and on time and they're reachable if I need to talk to them. Obviously you shouldn't be leaving if there's a possibility for a firedrill to pop up. Just tell whoever you're working with that you're gonna go grab a coffee.
