Target Recruiting for FT / Lateral
Currently at a target headed to a top MM and need some insight here into recruiting for full-time and also lateraling. I understand that there's a campus recruiting team for summer analyst recruiting but I'm curious if the same team handles full-time / lateral processes. For example, let's say I'm targeting a specific group at a BB (group doesn't have alumni from your school), and I know they have an opening. Would an alum from another team have any say in who gets an interview for candidates from your school, or is it better to simply network with the group directly?
