What are some target school in the Netherlands and also what degree would be best to venture into IB?
I know of Erasmus University but what degree would be best?
Also is there any target schools with "HBO opleiding" before going to take my masters at Erasmus if that's possible?

If you are about to start a HBO study, see if they allow you to switch to university after getting your "Propedeuse".
Erasmus is indeed the best option, but it's better to get there earlier (so during undergrad and not just for a masters).
