What are some target school in the Netherlands and also what degree would be best to venture into IB?
I know of Erasmus University but what degree would be best?
Also is there any target schools with "HBO opleiding" before going to take my masters at Erasmus if that's possible?

Erasmus is indeed the best option, but it's better to get there earlier (so during undergrad and not just for a masters).
