Currently a 2Y Associate at a small boutique bank. Got an offer for TD Securities for a 3Y Associate position, and comp package is very competitive.
Any insights as to current work environment in TD NYC (Associates, VPs?) Looking for insight on culture as well as overall workloads. I would be on a relatively new desk that's trying to expand footprint in US, so expecting a lot of pitching work...
Also, what is the latest status on RTO (return to office)?

I’ll give you some color as an associate in coverage at TD.
In my group - very strong culture, no dickheads, deal flow is mostly financing with some light M&A
RTO - no idea. We’re all still wfh and have been guided towards flexibility going forward
