Tech IB FT Recruiting 2020-Need Advice

Hey guys, I'm a rising senior at a target school in Canada. I'm looking to get into investment banking and my preferred group is technology. The only thing is, I did not land a summer IB internship my junior year, and am working in S&T Ops. My grades are good and I wish to eventually go into VC after IB. What do you recommend I do to land a good gig when I graduate in 2020? Any advice is appreciated
