Technical Challenges in Banking

Hey All,

I'm currently a freshman at a target school and am interested in banking. I was wondering if anyone could talk about any of the challenges they face in IB, like little things. I know the hours can be tough but are there any things/processed that feel analog or more difficult/complex than you would think they should be? Do you really think you should be working as many hours as you do? Just trying to get a feel for the industry I want to go into - really appreciate it!
