Given where they are, I'm sure you'd be heavily exposed to defense contracting/gov't. Some of their indirect relationships include BAH's gov't arm. The area is great for raising a family and only a 30 minute train ride from downtown DC. Very close to CIA HQ if that matters to you.

I know McLean Group recruits on Washington, DC's craigslist (I've seen their ads). Their office is in McLean, VA in a pretty nice area. That's all I know about them.
