Things to take off Associate's Plate?

Recruiting is slowly beginning to enter the interview phase and one selling point I want to make for myself is that I will take some responsibilities off of my superiors to make things easier. I know this might get ripped on for being an "if you need to ask..." question but please just help me out.

For interns - what's something to take of an analyst's plate (this is a lot more general I'm guessing)?

For analysts - what's something specific that you feel confident in taking off your associate's hands after enough on-the-job experience and when you have the bandwidth?
