This sucks
Venting, can’t imagine I used to say that I could handle these hours and wanted them. Still hungry and want to see it through, but this sucks. Haven’t seen friends or family, or much of anyone outside office
Anyone have advice/tips?
To clarify, I recognize how blessed/lucky I am to be in the position, and how I am coming from a point of privilege to be complaining, just burnt and need to vent.
Trade places with me, I see my family way too much.

I don't really think Hunger and working until you lack basic human function are things that should be correlated. Ambition is something that is hard-pressed into a lot of folk that start off their job on Wallstreet. Banks use analysts and churn them out - they do not care about your wellbeing. It is just a job, your agency should be determined by your own benefit. There are a million and one ways to make a million dollars.
My advice? Join the buyside after your two years - find a firm that has a mission you can care about, and find a firm that has ambition to match your own. Family is important and you will reconnect with them eventually - but your analyst years are not yours to live - they're the banks to use in exchange for your education. If the people you cold called as you recruited did not tell you this, they either lied to you or lied to themselves.
The grass is greener - just need to find a place where you can live a good life. The value proposition for banking is there, but you will only reap the benefits once you leave.
