Currently a MBA student looking to get into IBD. Culture is very important to me and was wondering what people's thoughts are on the BofA platform? I have enjoyed conversations with people there. I am looking to build a long term career in IBD and was wondering how the mentorship / career development / deal experience / opportunity to tise is relative to banks like GS / MS

I chose BofA over MS/GS for the very reasons you mentioned. However, it really is group dependent. I really like how BofA approached things, but there are still crappy groups, so YMMV.
