Thoughts on career trajectory/next steps (includes comp and hours) - small Boutique IB London

Y1 post grad - 46k all in , 60 hours work week (Consulting).

Y2 - 77k (bad year) all in , 55 hours work week (IB - some time was spent as an intern).

Y3 - 110k all in, 50 hours week (IB - same as Y2).

This year will have closed 3-4 deals. All sell side M&A and mid market EV. All CIMs, models and materials made by me. On all calls and in person meetings with potential acquirer CEOs, client C-suite and PE partners.

Thoughts on whether to lateral to larger MM, LMM PE or stay for long run? I am inclined to stay for the longer term.

No interns please - I do not value your opinion.
