Are juniors “weird” or more so the senior bankers?
Juniors. Always thought they had a rep for Hardo oddballs at the junior level
A lot of juniors have dipped. Never really see their analysts or associates at the bars/events that most other banks go to. Seems like people are niceish but not super fun.
