Curious if anyone has any insight into Houlihan Lokey's CFR group? I know they're a top shop but any details on reputation, culture, comp, exits?

Best MM group out there. Tons of deal flow and some of the better quality mandates in the MM/UMM. That being said, culture is very sweaty and there's a ton of work all of the time. Comp is above street (good bonuses) and exits are to UMM and MM PE funds primarily.
Any insight on differences in culture and WLB between Chicago, Dallas, NYC, etc.?
Jay runs the team and sits in Chicago, with IMO the best MDs in that vertical (particularly food & bev). Don't know enough about the depth in Dallas or NYC, but always founds that group to be Chicago-centric.
