Seem to have experienced seniors but curious about deal flow and analyst caliber? What are exit ops looking like also from such a boutique bank?

Wouldn’t read into exits that much from a new upstart bank like this. Too small of an N to make sense of any real trends. Probably more a function of the individuals themselves than any indication of the firm’s brand / reputation in placement.

Bump - would love if anyone has some more recent experience/knowledge about Incentrum! Still going through the process, really like them so far, but worried about them not having much deal flow and not being a great place to be.
Industrials coverage analyst here - saw they were buyside advisors alongside JPM on Regal on its announced $5bn acquisition of Altra. You should diligence the extent of their involvement on the deal - i.e., if they were just a strategic figurehead advisor or if they did the heavy lifting. That should give an indication to the type of experience as that deal size is certainly large cap
do you know where i can find industrial deals, dont have acess to dealogic and stuff
no real dealflow, makes no sense to do this in a recessionary environment, no care for juniors given its just a cash grab by senior management
