Thoughts on Miller Buckfire

Monkeys,

I have an upcoming interview for a SA RX position at Miller Buckfire. What are your thoughts on the group? I'd appreciate any insight regarding their culture and what to expect on the initial first round, given that I've never interviewed for RX before.

Also, I have multiple offers for other industry and product groups, but I feel restructuring will gain traction over the next 3-5 years. Should I take an offer that I currently have or at least leverage them during this interview?

Thanks!

I agree that restructuring is an interesting space and that it likely has a large amount of potential, but I'm slightly hesitant regarding the future of MB. They lost a lot of key senior bankers over the past years.

Any additional details on your other offers?

I was reading that they had lost a few senior bankers, and am definitely curious to know why - they also picked up an MD from Jefferies a few years back; my current offers are LevFin (MM), Structured Products (BB), TMT (MM)
