Thoughts on MM IB Firm?

Hey everyone,

The career services site at my undergrad has applications open for two firms named Cross Keys Capital and Dresner Partners. I've never heard of the firm before, couldn't find anything on this site, and do not have individual access to CapIQ, Bloomberg, etc. I can go through their websites, but I'm also interested in hearing what industry people think.

Would anyone mind sharing thoughts about either firms? Deal flow, exit opportunities (both seem like regional boutiques, so are exit opportunities a result of networking?), etc.?

I feel like I've heard bad things about Dresner but have no real source, just some vague recollection of something negative associated with that name. Do some digging on that one. Also I could be completely wrong.
