Thoughts on Provident Healthcare Partners IB (Boston)?

I was wondering if anyone has any strong opinions on Provident Healthcare Partners as a regional boutique in Boston. Thanks

Have heard great things about culture and WLB. Strong player in their space for sure. Heard of relatively unstructured training due to lack of resources being a smaller firm. Not entirely sure about comp - think it may be one of those situations where base is below street and that bonus is variable pending firm performance. Again, don't quote me on that because that is the area I have the least understanding. Definitely a great place I would say. I may actually try to somehow get over there ideally at an Associate level just because of how great the culture is. Make sure you have a strong interest in HC! Even if you don't, I think it's a place that can be a stepping stone elsewhere. Don't think I've seen too many crazy exit ops tbh but I think that that is a big selling point for them because if you look at a handful of senior bankers they have been their since their stints as analysts/associates which tells you something about what they are doing. With SA, I've heard that there may be some sourcing work - again not entirely sure what that looks like - so be weary of that.
