Their dealflow is decent but they’re severely outclassed by Lumbridge Partners and Falador Capital
IDK, after the fally riots and trade limit ban Falador Capital had almost no deal flow post-2008. Varrock was on the rise after the G.E. decided to headquarter there.

They do several T in volume and the biggest ones profit 7 figures. Know from personal connections from risk fighting community (aka ~100 people and we all used to RWT 100b+/month at least. Most PKers are degen gamblers who would RWT, and had a big rwt discord just for us between the owners and a few reps of top gold sitewith special rates)
I personally was making ~2k/mo conservatively (so would PK like 2b a month) from risk fighting and dh pking for a few hours a day / sometimes grinding 10 hrs a day. Would dh pk when cant find fights and that’s 8-12m an hour MINIMUM (net 2.5-3.5 pks an hour then net for supplies) and pk on private servers too
Sometimes regret quitting to ‘focus on life/finance life’ because it could be a good side income. You have free loots who walk around risking 100-300mm and I’ve had 3A pks / also won risks that were 3b
Also to supplement I would risk on private servers where the RSPS/OSRS swap would be such that I could risk fight high in currency games and swap over so would be able to risk 50m-500mm osrs gp worth of stuff vs people who play private servers who were shit and would end up being the top 3 richest on the server after a few weeks / months

Also some of those private servers would make 7 figures profit per year before getting shut down.
Once they had the servers it’s a very low maintenance for the owner other than hiring developer to update and create new content. And the whales on these servers would spend money like you (well nowadays it’s believable) would never see back then. Thousands on cosmetics and they would also buy money on the game then lose it at the duel arena repeat
I sold 500m in 2006 that I won from staking when I was like... 12 and felt like I was absolutely balling out of control IRL lmaoo I got banned for it too which I do somewhat regret but in hindsight the mems are good
