I'm an incoming SA for 2027 and was wondering what the analyst experience is like on the TMT team. I've heard the group is sweaty, though is it sweaty because its all pitching? Or sweaty because they actually have good dealflow?
Also considering M&A.

TMT had pretty bad ROs last cycle. Deal flow wasn’t dead, but it wasn’t good either. I think the bank is really trying to figure it out but I would caution against it. M/A seems to be the opposite problem, you are just constantly grind. Hope this helps.
How is the culture on the TMT team? Good group of people?
