Hey guys,
I got a call on Monday from a solid MM giving me an IBD SA offer. The guy mentioned pay and background check details and said I'd receive an offer letter sometime this week. It's Friday now and I was getting a little paranoid so I emailed him a quick note asking when I could expect to sign something.
I have another verbal offer for a F500 corp dev position too, and been waiting for that letter for a week since they said I'd receive one. Sent an email to my point yesterday, but haven't heard back.
I know there's no normal or standard time, but how long do you guys think I should I wait until following up again?

depends on the bank, mine (BB) took a little over a week and it was rushed by MD's and COO. BB will tend to take longer. If you haven't gotten anything, I would shoot an email. Assuming HR isnt in bostonm it may be good just to check in
I verbally accepted at a BB on a Friday and received my offer letter the next Monday. I would try emailing your contact again tomorrow if you still haven't heard anything. I'd actually imagine a MM might take longer than a BB, but I only have experience dealing with BBs.
