Have the chance to join an IB as a lateral in the REGAL group at a BB. I’m cool with grinding, have worked at a large PE firm on the RE side. Do people in IB get to take vacations at all where you’re actually unplugged? Or are you pretty much still working but just much less? I have some additional networking calls scheduled but haven’t brought it up in interviews
