Tips on how to manage assigning tasks to interns
As title says, looking for general management tips on giving assignments to interns and making sure deadlines and quality is upheld. Have had some experiences already this summer with interns failing to follow through with specific tasks with specific deadlines. Think I am either not being clear enough (but no questions received from interns) or being over ambitious with deadlines. Would appreciate any comments from experienced individuals on managing interns.
