Tips/advice for managing workflow and staffing?

Hey guys, currently interning at an MM bank, was wondering if you guys had any tips on managing your assignments and stuff.

Right now when I sort my assignments into email folders (for each deal/project), with a misc folder for one-off/random assignments, and I also write the assignment title on a little post it note with the name of the person I owe it to and the deadline, then i paste these on my desk vertically sorted by priority.

Does anyone have better ideas?
