TLB's & Second Lien Debt
Work in corporate banking and am interested in learning more about the institutional investor side, TLB's and second lien debt to be specific. Anyone have any good reference materials out there or could point me in the right direction? Thanks
LCD News's leveraged loan primer is a good start: https://www.lcdcomps.com/lcd/na/2012/09/07/2013%20Guide%20To%20The%20US…
I was going to recommend LCD. Check out the LSTA books on Amazon. They have one on lending and another on understanding credit agreements. Unitranche is big now within the MM, you can find some papers or presentations on that as well.
Thank you sir
