TMT groups - DB vs Citi??

Which one would you pick between Citi TMT or DB TMT?

I know Citi has had a lot of troubles and departures recently, but does it still have more prestige than DB? are S bulge brackets still better perceived?

I'd choose the one that was staffed with the kind of people that I'd want to work with. Working with like-minded individuals is going to be more important than the bank you work for.

Prestige is fleeting. As recent as last year you couldn't pay people to work at Citi. Now they seem to be doing well. Anyway considering you have two offers from TMT groups, choose the one that has people that will be fun to work with. Seriously.

Are you implying that people would work there for free if it was a good place to work?

looking for that pick-me-up to power through an all-nighter?

DB is on the way up, Citi on the way down in my opinion But at DB I've heard traders are king and Citi's IB is better than trading. But go where you like the people. and to an earlier post Both are sweatshops. ibanking = sweatshop uniless you have no deal flow.
