To-do Between Interviews?
Had an IB interview recently and though I'm confident in my approach and answers, I'm unsure I'll come out on top as I worry that I didn't do enough to differentiate myself. The current team is pretty tightly-knit and did mention that 'fit' was a crucial hiring factor; I'm almost certain that the right attitude and personality will determine the successful hire. Currently I'm awaiting a reply on whether I get a follow-up interview, which should be in the coming few days.
From now until then, any suggestions on what I can do to cement myself as someone they would enjoy working with? For context, this is for an O&G analyst role and the first interview was conducted by a team of junior analysts.
