To those in IB, when do you expect to go back to the office?

I’m currently an IBD analyst in London and we’re still working from home but my bank has said it will open up in July for those who voluntarily would like to start working back in the office. I ofc will remain working from home as I feel it still won’t be safe to go back in a month and I work just as effectively at home apart from the odd downsides as expected.

Apart from saying we can voluntarily start working back in the office effective July, they still haven’t given us a date of when everyone would be required to go back, so when does everyone think it will become compulsory? October? Or do you think now that lockdown is easing and everything is starting to open up again they will just make everyone go back as soon as possible and aim to have everyone back in slaving away by August? Or do you think it could last a lot longer? Has anyone’s bank said anything about when you’ll be required to go back to the office?
