Too late?

Currently SA at larger MM RX shop (not EB not regional) in NYC and am looking to switch to BB M&A or specific industry groups. Is it too late for FT recruiting (at least networking wise) or am I better off lateraling? Do I even have to network given I have an IB internship with a likely return offer? What are timelines looking like this year?

It’s never too late. I switched from EB-RX to EB-M&A/Cov as an Associate 2. Happy to answer any questions by DM
