There are so many equations to remember in Corporate Finance; derivatives and bond valuation.
How the hell do I remember them? There’s always an additional variable that completely throws me off.
Would love some insight.

there’s a bunch of different equations. perhaps if you jot down 4-5 examples, we can tell you if there are tricks or if they are too silly to remember based on the role of interest
Take a deep breath in. You got this, I would recommend that you view this similar to doing math, pure repetition and practice until it sets in. Don't just memorize but fully understand what you're doing as well, you can supplement this with podcasts, videos or examples from a workbook so that your brain can understand it quicker.
Don't give up, it can seem daunting but I promise you that after some long nights and taking a methodical approach you can do this !
