Top Power & Utilities IB Groups?

I wanted to hear people's perspectives on where the top Power & Utilities IB coverage groups were. I'm particularly interested in how Barclays, BAML, Citi, CS, GS, JPM, and MS stack up. It looks like Citi and Barclays are at the top of the league tables, but those don't always tell the whole story.

How would you rank these if recruiting at the analyst or associate level? Any with particularly good or bad cultures? Thank you in advance.
