What are the top restructuring groups for London in 2018? Heard that Lazard and PWP had taken a hit. Have any of these firms produced recent exits to turnaround/loan-to-own firms (Oaktree, Ares etc.) in Europe recently?

PJT, Lazard and Houlihan. Top 3 in Europe, top 3 in US, probably top 3 everywhere in RX.
Talked to a few people at Carlyle Special Sits, Bain Credit, Oaktree, etc. and everyone all agrees that they prefer to recruit exclusively from these 3 if for RX background. Of course will consider lev fin candidates as well.
Begs the question, top LevFin groups in Europe? Have heard CS, DB, Barclays, JPM and BAML. Can anyone confirm this? Thanks
Have friends that work at CS. Can confirm they have a strong levfin franchise which regularly produces great exits. Cannot comment on the rest
