Top Target SA '28 Low GPA

Freshman at top target school expected to be at a 3.45-3.5 at the end of freshman year. After sophomore fall I should be at a 3.65-3.7. Will the time period of recruiting allow me to use my sophomore fall GPA and if not am I able to project it 3-4 weeks earlier considering my performance in the classes. What's a GPA cutoff during recruiting where I shouldn't even have hope. Ideally want to be at a BB, EB, or Upper MM
