Top Tier Regional Bank Corporate Banking Analyst Salary Range?

Range is $70-$80K and bonus is 10-15% for analyst at decent regional bank. Source: had corporate banking analyst offer from 2 regional banks and was a corporate banking analyst for a regional bank. Hope that's helpful.

I got and accepted an offer at an international Bank with a $75k salary, $10k sign on, and historically 1st year analyst take home in the mid $20's for bonus, which would be 33%. I start FT this summer.

Outside of NYC: $80k base ($5k bump p.a.) - Bonus ranges GREATLY by firm. Was at a strong MM shop ~$30k 1st yr. Top bucket add $5k.

Note that compares to $85k + ~$50k in NYC.

To take this a little further, any ranges for 2nd year, Associates, VP's etc.. ?

Anybody have numbers on Citi? I saw posts that had Citi at: $85k base, $10k sign on and $30-40k bonus ( bonus may have been in %'s I don't remember). Also, can you negotiate an offer with a BB as an incoming 1st year analyst? (particularly PTO)

Just another data point, I'm at a smaller regional bank and our analysts make ~$50k with no bonus.

The analysts in the "large corporate" division are not paid any different than the other analysts in other groups (middle market, etc...)

BB is different though because most of the time, corporate banking is a whole different animal than other commercial banking groups.
